Counselling services to help people increase understanding of their situation, provide a safe place to express and examine feelings, develop and expand coping strategies, enhance self-esteem and strengthen supportive relationships
Coming Out Over Coffee - Drop-in discussion and support group for people over 19 years of age who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, two-spirit, queer, or who are questioning * every second and fourth Tue of the month
Communication Skills Groups for Couples - 8 week program for couples who would like to improve their communication and relationship skills
Managing Anxiety and DepressionFor Women- 10 week program for women suffering from anxiety and depressive symptoms, and who can benefit from support and symptom management
Men Managing Emotions - 6 week program for men who want to learn strategies for identifying and coping with stress, anxiety, anger, depression and other emotions
Men Moving Towards Healing - Healing the Impact of Abuse - 12 week program for adult male survivors of child sexual abuse with focus on processing the impact of abuse, the survivor's sense of self, and connecting with others
Men Moving Towards Healing - Coping and Support - 8 week program for adult male survivors of child sexual abuse with focus on understanding the impact of sexual abuse and developing coping strategies and stability in daily life
Mindfulness - 6 week program for adults over 18 years of age who are interested in bringing more awareness and intention to their everyday lives * discusses stress, self-care, mindfulness exercises, and weekly themed activities
Rebuilding after Separation and Divorce - 10 week program for men and women to work through the impact of separation on their lives * 8 week program also available
Women and Anger - 8 week program for women who would like to better understand their anger, learn conflict resolution skills and assertiveness skills
