Description of Services

Group programs for children/youth (birth-18 years) and their families/caregivers
Programs include:

Anger Solutions - For children ages 7-9 years experiencing difficulty handling angry feelings

K.I.D.S. Group (Kid’s Ideas About Divorce and Separation) - For children experiencing difficulties with their parents' divorce or separation

WorryWarriors - For children ages 9 -12 years having difficulties managing feelings of worry and anxiety

Game On Boys (in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Oxford County)- For boys ages 11-13 years * mentoring program that focuses on physical activty, balanced eating and self-confidence

Go Girls (in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Oxford County) - For girls ages 11-14 years * mentoring program that focuses on physical activity, balanced eating and a positive self-image

DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) - For youth ages 12-18 years * assists teens in learning how to manage feelings and make wise behaviour choices through a mindful approach * aims to increase positive coping skills and social skills

Parenting Groups (Circle of Security) -  For parents of children aged 0-6
