Promotes healthy living, diabetes prevention and self-management through nutrition education and physical activity to community members of all ages

Nutrition services are provided by Registered Nurses and a visiting Registered Dietitian

Services include:
  • nutrition counselling
  • education, workshops and health promotion
  • referrals and home visits
  • footcare
