Low to modest income individuals 18 years of age and older and
Are living with mental illness, mental health issues, developmental challenges, physical challenges, and/or aging challenges

Description of Services
Provides rent-geared-to-income (RGI) supportive housing in landlord/tenant units for individuals with challenges
Provides assistance in securing rent geared to income (RGI) housing units
Operates under the Residential Tenancy Act
Focuses on independent living with minimal assistance
Provides 24-hour on-site support staff
Provides the following services as required:
Advocacy with other programs and services
Assessment and monitoring
Case management
Life skills training
Linking and referrals to other services
Medication management and monitoring
Service coordination
Supportive counselling
