Requirements include:

Individuals 18 years of age and older who experience an on-going mental health disability or are assessed as in recovery from an addiction
Restricted to Employment and Income Assistance Participants, ie recipients of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or otherwise qualify for Rent Geared to Income (RGI)
