Program in operation 24 hours a day, including holidays. Central Access hours are 0800-2330, 7 days a week. Please call in advance to inquire about bed availability.

Application

Referrals are made through Central Access Toronto Withdrawal Management Central Access. Central Access hours are 0800-2330, 7 days a week. Please call in advance to inquire about bed availability. Clients will be screened prior to admission. All medication should be brought to unit at time of admission. Medical assessment may be requested.

Description of Services

Non-medical withdrawal management facilities that operates 24/7. Services offered include: - Substance use assessment - Intoxication, withdrawal, and overdose monitoring and management - Crisis intervention and management - Counselling - Linkage to community resources - Health promotion - Goal setting - Treatment planning and support - Harm reduction education - Naloxone kits, safer injection and safer inhalation kits upon discharge
