All Charter buses are low floor and accessible. Transit will not start a new charter after 11 pm. To cancel or make changes to a charter, Transit must be notified within 72 hours prior to Charter departure (or will be subject to full charges). Will not accommodate pub crawls.

Application

Fill out a Charter Request Form a minimum of two weeks in advance and return it to Thunder Bay Transit
School and daycare charters can request (at least) one week prior to the date of travel
Forms are available on the website

Description of Services

Operates a bus charter for individuals who are planning an outing with a group of people

Offers the charter for a minimum of 3 hours and within city limits

Offers accessible Thunder Bay Transit and Lift+ buses for the charters

Provides buses for schools and daycares to use for group field trips
