Description of Services
6-week hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have had elective knee and hip replacement surgery * services include:
home exercises programs with access to aquatic programs as needed
group rehab program
ongoing monitoring and evaluation of post-operative pain
evaluation and recommendations for mobility aids and home equipment
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
