Description of Services

Provides education to patients as well as care to initiate and maintain dialysis access and renal services across the regional chronic kidney disease program * hemodialysis requires patients to follow a strict treatment schedule, take medications regularly and make changes in diet * hemodialysis is the most common way to treat advanced kidney failure
