Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation for adults who have an acquired brain injury or a stroke * treatment includes a warm water hydrotherapy pool * services provided by physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physiotherapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, social work, and therapeutic recreation
