Women's College Hospital - Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

Application

The program accepts patients by self-referral as well as referral by a physician. A call before attending is welcome but not required. Patients who need urgent assessment can be seen without a pre-booked appointment. RAAM hours are intended for people attending the clinic for the first time and for people who are not connected to care elsewhere. RAAM operates as an in-person and virtual clinic.

Description of Services

Support for people seeking assistance with alcohol, opioids, cocaine, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabis and other substance use. The clinic provides medication assisted treatment (including buprenorphine, methadone and slow-release morphine), assistance with withdrawal management, brief individual counseling, peer support, harm reduction and navigation to additional treatment resources.
