Description of Services

In-home trauma-informed occupational therapy (OT) services for francophones * services include:

assesses client's condition and safety of their home
helps client get mobility aids through the Assistive Devices Programs (ADP) and home safety equipment
offers education on strategies to cope with persistent pain

Fall prevention exercise programs for francophones are offered at the centre, at St-Philippe church in Burlington and at Notre-Dame church in Hamilton
