Open group providing education and support to individuals wanting to understand problem gambling, change gambling behaviors, and restore life balance * topics include: problem gambling behavioural chain, dealing with triggers and high risk situations, understanding chance/probability, gambling traps/illusions, recognizing erroneous gambling thoughts and developing relapse prevention strategies
