Crisis response service in partnership with Brantford Police Service and Brant County OPP * officer is paired with a St Leonard's Mental Health Specialist * team responds to 911 calls where mental health concerns and/or crisis are identified * services include:

• assessment of risk to the safety of self and others
• on-site safety planning
• de-escalation
• stabilization
• referrals to community partners and/or other St Leonard’s programs
