Outpatient clinic that treats and manages of acute orthopedic injuries * provide follow-up care to patients who have recently visited the Emergency Department or who have had surgery * team consists of Orthopedic Surgeons, Advanced Orthopedic Technologist, Orthopedic Technologists, Orthopedic Technicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and a Clinical Educator

Services provided include:

• Assess and treat broken bones and musculoskeletal injuries
• Acute and follow-up fracture care
• Post-operative follow-up care for elective and non-elective patients
• Consultations with an orthopedic surgeon
• Custom functional knee bracing including assessment, fitting and follow-up care as well as off-the-shelf bracing for knees
• Cast/brace application and removal
• Customized upper extremity fracture bracing
• Spinal bracing including assessment, fitting and follow-up care
• Splinting of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Removing stitches and providing follow-up care for fractures and joint replacements (hip and knee)
• Viscosupplementation program for osteoarthritis of the knee
