Description of Services
Outpatient clinic provides care to individuals with acute wounds (skin/soft tissue infections with skin breakdown) and chronic wounds (diabetic, neuropathic, vascular foot wounds) * patient has to bring a valid OHIP card, a medical information package given by their doctor, and a list of all their current medications to the appointment
