Description of Services
Staff visits with community members who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing an imminent crisis, in person or by phone, to offer support and guidance
Crisis Intervention & Assistance: developing care plans (addressing health, housing, safety), assistance completing applications/forms, supportive counselling, advocacy.
Homelessness Prevention for Seniors: for seniors with limited income, housing issues and/or eviction threat * in-home assessment, advocacy, assistance with budgeting & finances, arranging cleaning, supportive counselling.
