Hemodialysis is used to treat chronic kidney disease when the kidneys no longer work well enough to remove waste and fluids from the body to keep it healthy * 16-treatment station facility designed to provide support and specialized care for eligible Wellbrook Place residents and other community members living with chronic kidney disease
