The Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) Community Clinician offers health care services for adults with complex and responsive behaviors associated with dementia, mental health, substance use and/or other neurological conditions. The program also provides enhanced family caregiver support in the community, in long-term care or wherever the individual and/or caregiver(s) reside.
