Offers timely access to high quality primary health care
Coordinates documentation if patient receives care from a member of the team
Provides access to other health care professionals within and outside of the Family Health Team
Administers various health programs

Provides health care services including but not limited to:

Telephone Health Advisory Service

Provides access to a Registered Nurse who provides advice about urgent health care concerns
Offers the opportunity to have family doctor receive a written summary of the call
