Description of Services

Offering the following two group programs (TEACH & CARERS), free of charge. Groups are offered both virtually and in-person across the Southeast region to partners, spouses, siblings, adult children and other family members and friends.

Sessions are free and offered virtually and in-person.

Self-referrals are accepted.

Enhancing Care for Ontario Care Partners helps care partners across Ontario manage the stress and complexities of caring for persons living with dementia. Developed by the Reitman Centre, Sinai Health – this provincial program is funded by Ontario Health Toronto, and provided in the Southeast region by Providence Care’s Seniors Mental Health Behavioural Support Services.
