Description of Services
Provides rent supplements to individuals with mental health issues to access safe and affordable housing
Helps individuals develop the skills and supports to achieve personal goals
Provides the following services:
Advocacy
Crisis intervention and prevention
Outreach and engagement
Personal wellness and coping strategies
Referrals to community agencies
Supportive Counselling
