Description of Services

  • Assists tenants of non-profit social housing providers in the District of Thunder Bay
  • Helps individuals improve their quality of life, reduce their risk of homelessness, and cope with personal difficulties
    • Supports offered include:
    • Tenant-related questions or concerns
    • Talking with landlords and helping resolve problems
    • Filling out forms and applications
    • Referrals to services that help improve daily life
    • Build coping skills and confidence
    • Help to get and keep stable income
    • Support to feel connected and involved in the community
