Adult Day Program
Adult day program * safe and comfortable setting for clients to enjoy a wide array of social and recreational programs, while providing a break for caregivers * programs are available to all Durham residents
Foot Care Clinic
Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses in community settings * also available for clients who attend the Clarington Adult Day Program
Meals on Wheels
Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes
Transportation
Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more
WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness
A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.
