3 unit co-ed group home providing housing for 4 people per unit with a dual diagnosis and/or a serious mental illness

Daily 24 hour support including stabilization of mental health, life skills, medication and health monitoring, recreation, community participation, healthy relationships, employment * participants must be willing and able to live cooperatively
