Admissibilité / population desservie
- Women 16 years of age and their children must be directly leaving an abusive situation; women and children who have already left the abusive situation are not eligible
- Abuse can be physical, sexual, emotional, physiological, financial or spiritual abuse
- Accommodates male children up to the age of 15
