Description of Services

Provides services and programs to assist seniors and individuals with physical disabilities to live independently
Lifeline Program
  • Assists clients with arrangements for rental contract and installation of lifeline equipment
  • Equipment enables clients to obtain 24-hour emergency assistance
Loan Cupboard
  • Provides items including walkers or crutches for short term use
