Provides programs and services to assist seniors and individuals with physical disabilities in living independently

Functions as the administrative centre

Offers the following programs and services:

Adult Day Program
Assisted Living Program
Dining Program
Home Help Program
Lifeline Program
Loan Cupboard
Meals on Wheels
Transportation Program
Visiting Hospice Program

Services are offered in the following locations:
