Description of Services
Provides programs and services to assist seniors in living independently
Lifeline Emergency Response System
Lifeline Emergency Response System
- Assists clients with arrangements for rental contract and installation of lifeline equipment
- Equipment enables clients to obtain 24 hour emergency assistance
- Provides items including walkers and crutches for short term use
- Provides and delivers hot meals to individual's homes
- Offers special diet meals
