Description of Services

Counselling for individuals , couples and families seeking support in dealing with relationships and family problems, parenting, depression, anxiety, job loss, separation, divorce and new relationships, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, life transitions and other issues. Service offered jointly with Family Service Toronto's staff

Counselling: supports clients who ae experiencing difficulties accessing resources and or gaining assistance with daily living needs. Helps clients have access to crisis counselling, grief and bereavement services. Counselling also offers mental health and mental wellness services

Case Management: offer long- and short-term case management issues, assistance with advocacy, mental health, and social issues, other services in the immediate community
