Longhouse Style Sewing Series: Childrens Ribbon Shirts
Indigenous families with children 0-6 years old are welcome to join us for a longhouse style sewing series to learn how to make children's ceremonial regalia for their children to attend Oneida Seed Ceremony in May 2024. Each week we will provide a light lunch to participants.
Children aged 0-6 must be present to attend this series. Each week sign up will begin and a limited amount of seats will be availble. Please only sign up 1 ticlet for your family.

Anishinaabe Language
Indigenous families with children 0-17 are welcome to come to Nshwaasnangong to learn the Anishinaabe language. We provide materials, snacks and knowledge! This class is for all skill levels with the language. Please email Ariel at Alandon@soahac.on.ca to be added to our list, or sign up via Eventbrite.
Community Meal
All families are welcome to come to Nshwaasnangong to enjoy a community dinner.
EarlyON Infant Playgroup
Come to play with your baby, interact with other parents and chat with our educator on any infant related topic. Rhymes and stories included!
EarlyOn Outdoor Playgroup
Join us on site at Nshwaasnangong Family Centre as we bring our playroom outdoors
EarlyON Playgroup
Playgroup for children 0-6 years old and their parents/caregivers. Staff will provide a variety of activities for families to use to play, learn and grow together.
EarlyON Playgroup
We welcome everyone to use the playroom with children aged 0-6 years so that their children can safely play and enjoy our beautiful space. Children can freely explore the room while socializing with educators, children and caregivers.
EarlyOn Stroller Walk
Nshwaasnangong Family Centre is happy to share that we are starting up our Stroller Walk Series again! Each week we will visit a new park in London designed to get out into the fresh air, to network and socialize about a variety of parenthood topics and make new friends. Our families will also reap the benefits of being physically active and with different parks being utilized for our walks, our Nshwaasnangong families will hopefully get to visit some new parks and trails and come back to!
Please sign up on Eventbrite each week for this event so that we know how many families to expect. Each week you can find the location & adress posted. For April we have the following parks planned:
April 16: Gibbons Park - 2A Grosvenor Street, London, ON N6A 1Y4
April 23: Springbank Park - 1085 Commissioners Road West, London, ON N6K 4Y6

Tiny Tot & Jr Girls Jingle Dance Clases
Indigenous children aged 0-6 & 7-12 are welcome to sign up for our jingle dress dancing classes happening at Nshwaasnangong Family Centre. Sign up is required 7 spaces are limited. To sign up please call 519-914-2972 to fill out the application.
