Ongoing medical management of cystic fibrosis patients from infants, children and youth * education and support * services provided by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including pediatrician, nurse, dietitian, physiotherapist, respiratory therapist and social worker * resources available * medication and supplies * assistance with the day-to-day management of cystic fibrosis
