Description of Services
Community-based addiction services for adults with substance use and/or gambling problems and those who are affected by someone else's substance use and/or gambling problems
Specialized services for concurrent disorders, pregnant and parenting mothers, clients on methadone and those in need of addiction court support
Outreach services in Durham, Hanover, Kincardine, Markdale, Meaford, Southampton, Walkerton and Wiarton

- Addiction Court Support Treatment program for individuals charged with drug offences who also have a substance use problem
- Adult Alcohol and Drug Community Treatment Program - Concurrent Disorders Community treatment for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, including bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia and struggle with a substance use issue (concurrent disorder)
- Pregnant and Parenting Moms Program One-on-one outpatient counselling and support for women who are pregnant and/or parenting children up to the age of six and who are struggling with substance use or addiction issues * works to improve health and social service coordination
- Problem Gambling Community Treatment Community treatment and assessment for adults with a gambling problem

About Us
New Directions offers assessment, referral and counseling services to adults and/or family members who have concerns with substance use, gambling or concurrent disorders. Outreach services are offered in seven communities outside of Owen Sound.
