19-bed hospital with 24-hour emergency department * inpatient services include medicine, acute care, palliative care, complex continuing care and rehabilitation * outpatient rehabilitation services include physiotherapy, social work, speech-language pathology and diabetes education * case managers from the Home and Community Care Support Services South West Region available on site
- Complex Continuing Care 1 inpatient bed for people needing short term complex medical management and rehabilitation services but believed to have restorative potential
- Exeter Diabetes Program Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse (registered diabetes educator) and registered dietitian * craving changes series offered
- Outpatient Clinics Outpatient specialist clinics providing diagnoses and treatments for various medical conditions
- South Huron Medical Centre Family medical clinic with 5 family doctors
