Psychogeriatric Resource Consultants (PRCs) provide outreach to Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care funded long-term care homes and community support organizations in York Region * supports frontline staff serving clients with responsive behaviour related to dementia, mental health and other psychogeriatric related diagnoses
