Description of Services

Community-based program, providing mental health programs and services

Services include:
  • one-on-one, family and group counselling
  • holistic, culturally appropriate services with Western approaches
  • counselling related to relationships, depression, stress management, self esteem, grief, crisis and trauma
  • talking and sharing circles
  • referrals as necessary
  • mental health promotion
