Description of Services
Health centre focused on family and community health
- Operates as a community-based organization offering primary health care and health promotion programs in areas within the district
- Provides a Primary Care Team comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, footcare nurses and therapists
- Offers Telemedicine services
- Operates outreach programs at Shelter House, Limbrick and Assef Court
- Operates a Mobile health unit serving communities in the district as well as a Diabetes Mobile unit
- Offers a walk-in clinic
