Description of Services
Manages DRRSSB-owned housing units, Non-Profit units and rent supplement units
- Provides access to rent geared to income housing
- Locations can be found on the website
- Providers own and manage their projects
- There are two types of non-profit housing providers in the District that include Private Non-Profit and Urban Native
- Responsible for all public housing units
- Owns 296 units and administers approximately 15 rent supplement units
- Offers rent-geared-to-income accommodations in privately owned buildings
