- Construction of new water distribution and sewer systems
- Water Pollution Control Plant - Sewage Treatment (Atlantic Ave)
- Water Treatment Plant (Bare Point)
- Technical services related to water quality and sewage treatment
- All maintenance and repairs associated with storm sewer piping, service covers and catch basins
