Community-based diabetes education centre offering supports for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes
- Offers public presentations regarding type 2 diabetes prevention
- Offers outreach clinics located in Emo and Rainy River
- Provides services through individual education sessions and health promotion activities
- Partners with other organizations to provide the Healthy Food Box program
