- Individuals and families at-risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless
- Requires completed application to be reviewed by committee members
Individual must:
- Be low income
- Not have accessed services within the last 24 months
- Must be 16 years of age or older

Assists individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness to meet certain housing needs

- Assists with finding a temporary safe bed and necessary basic needs
- Provides financial assistance for emergency needs, rental and utility arrears and for basic necessities
- Gas and hydro deposits
- Hook-up fees
- Household furnishings
- Last month's rent deposit
- Moving and transportation to the home of the recipient
