Description of Services

Offers residential support options so individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability can live on their own

Supports provided are determined by choice, skills, current situation and desires of the individual and range from 24 hours per day to periodic or monthly follow-ups

Supports and services are developed by involving the individual, family members, and other people important to the individual
