    Emergency Food Bank - Satellite locations each day of the week 9-1 - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. . 
    Monday - Westminster Park Community Church 1190 Southdale Road East - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
    Tuesday - London Citadel 555 Springbank Drive - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
    Wednesday - Centre of Hope 281 Wellington Street (N6B residents only) NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY 
    Thursday & Friday - Hillcrest Community Church 310 Vesta Road - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

    Calls and emails will be returned in 3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

    Provides a three-day emergency supply of food, mostly canned and dry goods * eligible for access nine times per year, no more than once per month * baby food, formula, and diapers available * proof of address, as well as identification for all household members, is required at first visit
