Description of Services
By law, children who attend primary or secondary school in Ontario must be immunized against these diseases:
Every time your child gets immunized you need to report it to the Region of Peel - Public Health. This is required to register for school or child care. Doctors do not report immunizations

- Mumps
- Rubella
- Diphtheria
- Tetanus
- Polio Pertussis(whooping cough)
- Meningococcal disease
- Varicella (chicken pox) for students born on or after January 1, 2010
