Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.

Description of Services
A high support residential program for male youth between ages 14-18 who are homeless and lack resources. The program provides a safe environment where the youth can work on developing the necessary skills for independent living.
