Description of Services

For over 50 years, St. Leonard’s Community Services, London and Region has been dedicated to a community where everyone feels safe, valued and supported.  St Leonard’s provides a range of services including youth and adult community programs, school-based youth programs, and adult residential programs all with a goal of assisting persons in conflict, or at risk of conflict, with the justice system, and all within a restorative practices framework

  • Adult Community Programs
    • Offers a number of community-based programs for adults who may be involved in the justice system, who are dealing with mental health challenges, who are experiencing challenges with housing, or who may have developmental challenges and require support to live independently

    • Adult Residential Programs Offers short- and long-term adult residential programs tailored to the unique needs of men and women * Community Residential Facilities (CRFs, also known as “half-way houses”) provide a chance for people to make the transition from a correctional facility to the community * for the highest degree of safety and respect for our residents and our community people must follow well-defined rules and guidelines

    • Youth Community Programs Youth community programs are offered to youth on probation or those who may be struggling with homelessness

    • Youth Diversion and School-Based Programs Programs support the best possible outcomes for youth related to conflict resolution, justice involvement, educational programs for youth that have been expelled or suspended and peer mediation.  School-based services help establish links between students and the community.
