provides comprehensive, accessible, and affordable medical and support services
to individuals and families within our community, especially underserved or
vulnerable populations.
Oxford County Community health Centre aims to reduce health disparities, improve public health outcomes, and ensure that everyone—regardless of income, background, or location—has access to essential healthcare services. We play a critical role in preventive care and early intervention, which can lower long-term healthcare costs and improve quality of life.

- Dietitian Services Nutrition services for all life stages * personal support in group and/or one-to-one sessions with a certified dietitian * programs include:
- Outreach Outreach staff assist with system navigation, community resources, transportation, advocacy and filling out forms
