Provides assistance and support to clients dealing with problems associated with mental illness
Program includes
Sahara Mental Health Programs
Program includes
- individual and supportive sessions to clients and their families
- psycho-education for mental health related issues
- assistance with stabilizing mental health symptoms
- individual assessments and care plans offered
- assistance in meeting personal, employment, educational and self-care needs
- assistance in mental and physical support and wellness, life skills, housing and social supports
- home visits (based on client needs)
- community outreach, collaborate with community partners
- access to group programs that are linguistically and culturally appropriate
