May be available to low-income customers of electricity distributors (and unit sub-metering providers) experiencing difficulty paying current arrears * decision will be based on several factors including long-term viability of the account * a disconnection notice is not required to be eligible * only available for customers of Epcor and Erth Power

Access centre to apply for LEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program) one-time emergency financial assistance for Entegrus and Erth Power customers
Program runs throughout the year until funding has been depleted * maximum grant is $500 per household per year * grant is credited directly toward electricity company.
Assistance with applying to OESP (Ontario Electricity Support Program) is also offered at this location.
