A community-based treatment facility offering a range of programs, services and supports to individuals with a history of severe and persistent co-occurring substance use & mental health problems. Care and support are offered through various approaches and intensities depending on individual needs and circumstances all with the aim of reintegration to home and family or referral to other supports as needed. The use of OTN TM Nursing services has been integrated into programming to enhance client access to a broader range of specialty services and improve the overall client experience. The recovery model employed views harm reduction and abstinence as one along the same continuum of care and aims to meet the client where they are at.
